Astitva my favorite serial!  Again saw on youtube  ! As a audience i don't know real name of dr simran and abhimanyu that's the reason I get too much attached to this serial as if it is real! Now time changed a lot  as audience we can directly talk to cast here ☺️ know the serial are not real life  ! 😀
