Capsicum recipe

#Recipe
1. Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seed fry it then add chopped capsicum (shimla mirchi )
Fry for 4 min
2. Add chopped Onion ... cover it for 2 min on medium flame.
3. then add  lal mirchi powder , halad ,salt, sugar fry it ...
Cover it Cook again .. 2 min
3. Now Capsicum bhaji is ready.

POHE PAPAD Recipe


POHE PAPAD Ingredient : flatted pohe, black paper ,sago (sabudana) , Potatoes Recipe : 1 . fry flatted pohe , black paper , sabudana separately for about
5 min each and then grind them together and make fine powder. 2 . Make dogh using salt and water and add potatoes in boil
water keep them for 5 - 10 min (no gas required after adding potatoes )
mix well all ingredients in dough. create rolls and roll it .
sundry all papad at least one day. 3. Fry papad whenever you want.
