POHE PAPAD
Ingredient : flatted pohe, black paper ,sago (sabudana) , Potatoes
Recipe :
1 . fry flatted pohe , black paper , sabudana separately for about
5 min each and then grind them together and make fine powder. 2 . Make dogh using salt and water and add potatoes in boil
water keep them for 5 - 10 min (no gas required after adding potatoes )
mix well all ingredients in dough. create rolls and roll it .
sundry all papad at least one day. 3. Fry papad whenever you want.
