why no sensor board for web series

I have question...Why there is no sensor board for web series in India?? One web series by Ekta K had defame army family ! Most of the web series are absolutely vulgur.. no story line .. why such thing's happening in India ! Why we Indians tolerate such things in the name of Entertainment?
