Suffering in life

Some people suffer from past events 
These are cause of depression.

some people suffer because of future uncertainity. These are cause of anxiety.


To get of have mind health problem , one need to have real life connection to communicate without hesitation.
Second is to do meditation with help of guru. Third is faith on god . 

Mind is not brain. Source of knowledge is Bhagwat geeta.

State of Mindfullness will be achieve by doing mediation or japa.

Science doesn't have any knowledge of mind . Science only have knowledge of brain . Here they know what chemical changes happening because of different state of mind.
